The new Constitution, Ecuador will consider to the environment like " somebody to respect and not something for explotar".
That is the approach of the new preliminary constitution of our country, say environmentalists.
The constitution was concluded by a constituent assembly on July, 24 and approved the September, 28, it  includes rights related to the environment and specific ecological measures that surely will require legislation implements that them.
